Thailand found more than 6 million patients. Elderly people aged 65 and over found up to 50 percent. Most of the reasons are due to heavy body weight using a lot of knees which may be used longer than usual or in the wrong position. People with severe knee osteoarthritis will have pain or pain in deformed knee joint, stiffness or stuck joint, and unable to walk normally. Performing serveral inconvenient tasks in daily resulted in both physical and mental suffering. Academic articles have objectives as a guideline for knowledge understanding of the condition and progression of the disease. It has affected teaching and learning management, especially the nursing practice course that must be practiced on the ward. Adult and elderly nursing department, Faculty of Nursing Buriram, Western university has managed the teaching and learning styles through joint planning between the Department Committee, Curriculum Management Committee, and Nursing Department of Buriram hospital. They have established a common approach in 3 phases: Preparation for the training period, during the training period, and after the training period. The results showed that most of the students followed the established guidelines and were safe from training.</p> <p>Therefore, it found that in the teaching and learning management of adult and elderly nursing practice courses in the situation of the COVID-19 epidemic, the negative aspects, students and lecturers were at risk of coming in contact with asymptomatic infected people. Palliative Care: Therefore, it means taking care of patients who cannot be cured, and it is estimated to have less than 1 year of life remaining cautiously. This academic article aims to explain palliative care with the Buddhism traditions in Semi-Urban context to have a good quality of life according to the Buddhist way (Buddhism). Palliative Care is based on Dharma to understand things called the trinity. There are tree categories: impermanent (absolute impermanence), every prison (suffering) and soulless (non-self) where nurses play a role in caring. This indicated the trend of the rapidly increasing rate of the elderly in today’s society. The number of working-age population that can support caring for the elderly tends to decline. The problem of the elderly was being alone. Health problems and the ability to help by themselves in daily life decreased due to the deterioration of the body. Implementation conceptual framework “Enough happiness, slow down aging, live long” Led to strategies for each activity as well as follow-up guidelines performance appraisal. Creating mutual understanding in Public Health operations was for all departments. The main purpose of Building health for the elderly was to campaign “healthy elderly, take care of yourself and have a good quality of life”.
