About the Journal

Aim and Scope
Phetchabun Medical Journal aims to disseminate academic articles in the fields of medicine and public health in order to promote knowledge and support the development of health services. The journal welcomes submissions from health professionals, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, public health professionals, physical therapists, and other related health disciplines. The scope of the journal covers health promotion, disease prevention, medical care, rehabilitation, and health service system development at both healthcare facility and community levels.

Publication Frequency
Phetchabun Medical Journal is published three times a year, with one issue released every four months, as follows:
Issue 1: January–April
Issue 2: May–August
Issue 3: September–December
Each issue publishes no more than five articles.

Peer Review Process
Phetchabun Medical Journal applies a peer review process to assess the quality, accuracy, and academic suitability of manuscripts prior to publication. The journal adopts a double-blind peer review system, in which the identities and affiliations of both authors and reviewers are concealed throughout the review process. Each manuscript is evaluated by two to three reviewers per article, as determined by the editorial board.

Publication Fee
Phetchabun Medical Journal does not charge any publication fees or Article Processing Charges (APC) to authors at any stage of the manuscript submission, peer review, or publication process.
