บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยแรงจูงใจที่มีต่อการตัดสินใจเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
นันทนาการของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครหลังวิกฤตโควิด-19 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้
ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร จ านวน 3 คณะ ได้แก่ คณะ
บริหารธุรกิจ คณะศิลปศาสตร์และคณะอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอและออกแบบแฟชั่น ชั้นปี 1 – 4 จำนวน 375
คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็น แบบสอบถามปัจจัยแรงจูงใจที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
นันทนาการของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครหลังวิกฤตโควิด-19 สถิติที่ใช้ในการ
วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในงานวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติที่ใช้ในการ
หาความสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยแรงจูงใจที่มีต่อการตัดสินใจเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนันทนาการ
ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครหลังวิกฤตโควิด-19 โดยรวมเท่ากับ 0.41 คือปัจจัย
ภายในและภายนอกแตกต่างกันมีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนันทนาการแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัย
