ความสำคัญของงานวิจัยด้านบริการสุขภาพ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยด้านบริการสุขภาพมีความสำคัญในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริการทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุข รวมถึงการค้นหาวิธีการรักษาใหม่ๆ ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทบทวนและสังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับงานวิจัยด้านบริการสุขภาพในประเทศไทยระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2560-2567 สำหรับการพัฒนาข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายในการยกระดับคุณภาพการบริการสุขภาพและลดความเหลื่อมล้ำในการเข้าถึงบริการ โดยใช้วิธีการทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบจากฐานข้อมูล PubMed, Scopus และ Google Scholar ระหว่างปี ค.ศ. 2010-2020 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า งานวิจัยด้านสุขภาพมีความสำคัญใน 4 ด้านหลัก ได้แก่ 1) การค้นพบและพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางการแพทย์ 2) การปรับปรุงแนวทางเวชปฏิบัติโดยอ้างอิงหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ 3) การจัดการปัญหาความเหลื่อมล้ำในการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพ และ 4) การพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ด้านการป้องกันโรคและสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ ดังนั้น การสนับสนุนให้เกิดงานวิจัยอย่างต่อเนื่องจึงเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการพัฒนาระบบสุขภาพของประเทศให้มีความยั่งยืน
