THE EFFECTS OF APPLIED ISAN DANCE EXERCISE TRAINING PROGRAM ON BODY COMPOSITION AND PHYSICAL FITNESS IN ELDERLY FEMALES

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study and compare the training effects of the applied Isan dance exercise program on physical performance in the elderly. Females in Sisaket Municipality, average age 68.13 ± 3.24 years, 40 people volunteered to participate in the research project and were healthy and ready to exercise. Assess readiness before exercising 8 week applied Isan dance exercise program. Statistics used for one-way analysis of variance with repeated measure to compare the differences before training 4and 8weeks. Statistical significance was determined. at the .05 level. The research results showed that.
- After the 8 week of training, the elderly trained according to the applied Isan dance exercise program found that body weight, resting heart rate elbow bending sitting in a chair with arms touching toes and reaching for the arm to touch the back of the hand better The difference was statistically significant at the .05 level.
- Results of comparing physical fitness found that resting heart rate Flexibility of the shoulder muscles and the flexibility of the lower back and posterior thigh increased. When comparing the mean between pre-training After the 4 week of training and after the 8 week of training, the difference was statistically significant at the .05 level.
