1. Editor

The editor of the Journal of Faculty of Physical Education has the following duties and ethical responsibilities: to evaluate the quality and suitability of research articles or academic articles by considering academic accuracy, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope; to refrain from considering articles that have been previously published; and to avoid disclosing any information related to the authors or their affiliations to the peer reviewers. The editor must preserve the confidentiality of all information obtained through the review process.

The editor must not use any data, findings, or ideas from manuscripts under consideration without permission. The editor is responsible for appointing qualified peer reviewers with appropriate expertise in the relevant field and must operate with fairness, transparency, and without conflicts of interest. Additionally, the editor is responsible for establishing guidelines and sanctions for cases in which authors violate the journal’s ethical standards.

Peer reviewers of the Journal of Faculty of Physical Education have the following duties and ethical responsibilities: to evaluate the quality of research articles or academic articles comprehensively and objectively based on their knowledge and expertise in the relevant field; to conduct the review fairly, without bias, and to provide clear, well-reasoned recommendations in accordance with the journal’s standards.

Peer reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of all manuscripts, must not disclose any information to external parties, and must not use ideas or information from the manuscript for personal benefit without permission. Reviewers must decline the review if there is a conflict of interest or insufficient expertise, and they must complete the review within the specified timeframe.

  1. Author

Authors have the following duties and ethical responsibilities: to prepare research articles or academic articles in accordance with the journal’s formatting requirements; to avoid plagiarism and properly cite all sources; to list authorship based on actual contributions; and to acknowledge funding sources or support accurately and transparently.

Submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published and must not be under consideration by another journal. Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

  1. Research Articles or Academic Articles

Research articles or academic articles submitted to the Journal of Faculty of Physical Education will be evaluated by three peer reviewers with relevant expertise, using a double-blind review process. A manuscript will be considered for publication when it receives recommendations from at least two reviewers.

After authors submit the revision documents according to the journal’s required format, the Editorial Board will make the final decision. The decision of the Editorial Board is final.

  1. Violation of Author Ethics

If an author violates ethical principles—such as plagiarism, data manipulation, duplicate submission or redundant publication, or misrepresentation of authorship, the Journal of Faculty of Physical Education will retract the article and will not consider future submissions from the author for five years. The journal will proceed in a transparent and fair manner.

  1. Withdrawal of Manuscripts

If an author wishes to withdraw a manuscript under review or in the pre-publication stage, the author must formally notify the Editorial Board prior to publication. Failure to do so will result in the journal refusing to consider future submissions from the author for three years. Withdrawal must be conducted transparently and accompanied by appropriate academic justification.
