Caring Diabetes Mellitus: The Role of Nurses in Tertiary Care Hospital

Abstract

Caring for diabetics is a major nursing issue. Operations have been carried out to provide care in the hospital, able to implement appropriate diabetes care based on the context and condition of the disease so that people with diabetes can receive proper care. With the guidelines for personnel and hospitals development, they should be proficiency in diabetics care in the modern context of hospital to operate continuously and smoothly. Therefore, the directions of diabetes care should be integrated with the principles of self-care management concepts that can be explained or given advice by other people They will motivate the reflection process enabling diabetics to carry out activities on their own.
