การพัฒนารูปแบบความรอบรู้ด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ในการป้องกันผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพจากฝุ่นละอองขนาดไม่เกิน 2.5 ไมครอน จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ
บทคัดย่อ
ความรอบรู้ด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมเป็นแนวคิดที่สำคัญของการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านสาธารณสุขในมิติของการป้องกันการเกิดโรคหรือผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพ ซึ่งการศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบความรอบรู้ด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) ในการป้องกันผลกระทบจากฝุ่นละอองขนาดไม่เกิน 2.5 ไมครอน (PM2.5) โดยการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมของ อสม. จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ผ่านการวิจัย 3 ระยะ คือ 1) ศึกษาความรอบรู้ด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมของ อสม. โดยใช้แบบสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่าง อสม. จำนวน 419 คน 2) ประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการการมีส่วนร่วมโดยการสนทนากลุ่มระดับอำเภอ จำนวน 90 คน เพื่อแสวงหารูปแบบความรอบรู้ร่วมกัน และ 3) บูรณาการการมีส่วนร่วมโดยการระดมความคิดเห็นระดับจังหวัด จำนวน 24 คน เพื่อร่วมกันจัดลำดับความสำคัญการพัฒนารูปแบบความรอบรู้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ภาพรวมความรอบรู้ด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมของ อสม. อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( =3.67, S.D.=0.89) 2) รูปแบบการพัฒนาความรอบรู้ของ อสม. ที่นำเสนอเยอะที่สุด คือ การสร้างความรู้ควบคู่ไปกับแผ่นพับให้แก่ อสม. และ 3) ลำดับการพัฒนาความรอบรู้ของ อสม. สามอันดับแรก คือ การอบรมให้ความรู้ การจัดทำสื่อตัวอักษร และการจัดทำสื่อมัลติมีเดีย ตามลำดับ ดังนั้นการพัฒนารูปแบบที่เหมาะสมแก่ อสม. คือ การนำรูปแบบที่ได้ไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการวางแผนการออกแบบกระบวนการสร้างความรอบรู้ด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมให้กับอสม. ของจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ เพื่อก่อให้เกิดพฤติกรรมการป้องกันสุขภาพได้ดีในอนาคต
