Innovation and Nursing Managers in Disruptive Technology Era

Abstract

The purpose of this article aimed to describe relationship between the innovative concepts with nursing administrators in the era of disruptive technology, and knowledge and understanding of innovation for nursing managers, which is very important for nursing directors to implement it to improve quality of nursing management effectively in operational results within the organization in the era of transformative technology. Innovation managements in the era of technology transformation uses three levels of management principles: individual, group, and organizational levels, as well as to promote the competence of nursing executives in the era of transformative technology in 3 areas: Innovative leadership skills and abilities and the development of characteristics of nursing administrators in the age of disruptive technology.Therefore, nursing managers in the nursing organization with these features, it is expected to be able to quickly and timely manage changes in the changing technology era. That result can improve patient outcomes on their organizations, which leads to success of the nursing unit and organization as a result.
