ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อระงับอัคคีภัยของเจ้าหน้าที่ดับเพลิง: กรณีศึกษาสำนักงานป้องกันบรรเทาสาธารณภัยแห่งหนึ่ง จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี

การเตรียมพร้อมป้องกันอัคคีภัยเป็นความรับผิดชอบของทุกภาคส่วนในสังคมซึ่งมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งที่จะช่วยลดความสูญเสียต่อชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลกับการเตรียมพร้อมป้องกันอัคคีภัยของเจ้าหน้าที่ดับเพลิง จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 32 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและวิเคราะห์หาความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้สถิติเพียร์สันไคสแควร์และสถิติฟิชเชอร์ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% ผลการวิจัย พบว่า เจ้าหน้าที่ดับเพลิงเป็นเพศชายทั้งหมด อายุเฉลี่ย 38 ปี การศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา/ปวช. ร้อยละ 53.20 ไม่มีโรคประจำตัว ร้อยละ 87.50 สถานภาพโสด ร้อยละ 56.30 อายุงานเฉลี่ย 9 ปี การเตรียมพร้อมป้องกันอัคคีภัยของเจ้าหน้าที่ดับเพลิงโดยภาพรวมด้านการเตรียมคน อุปกรณ์และเครื่องมืออยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄ = 4.58) ด้านการจัดระบบปฏิบัติการป้องกันอัคคีภัยอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄ = 4.53) ด้านการฝึกอบรมป้องกันอัคคีภัยอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄ = 4.53) และด้านการสำรวจพื้นที่เสี่ยงอัคคีภัยอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄ = 4.64) พบว่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลกับการเตรียมพร้อมป้องกันอัคคีภัย ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กัน (p > 0.05) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคของการเตรียมพร้อมป้องกันอัคคีภัยด้านการสำรวจพื้นที่เสี่ยงอัคคีภัยมากที่สุด ร้อยละ 46.87 รองลงมาด้านการเตรียมคน อุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือ ร้อยละ 25.00 ด้านการจัดระบบปฏิบัติการป้องกันอัคคีภัย ร้อยละ 15.63 และด้านการฝึกอบรมป้องกันอัคคีภัย ร้อยละ 12.50 ตามลำดับ ดังนั้น ควรทบทวนนโยบายการสำรวจพื้นที่เสี่ยงอัคคีภัย วิเคราะห์ผลกระทบของการเกิดอัคคีภัยและตรวจสอบพื้นที่เสี่ยงอัคคีภัยซ้ำเป็นประจำทุกปี
