การสัมผัสอันตรายจากการทำงานและความเสี่ยงที่เกี่ยวข้องในแผนกซักรีดของโรงพยาบาล: กรณีศึกษาโรงพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดพัทลุง

แผนกซักฟอกในโรงพยาบาลเป็นหน่วยงานที่มีบทบาทสำคัญในการจัดการผ้าสะอาดเพื่อสุขอนามัยของผู้ป่วยและบุคลากร แต่กระบวนการทำงานอาจเกี่ยวข้องกับปัจจัยเสี่ยงต่างๆ ที่ส่งผลต่อสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยของพนักงาน การศึกษานี้จึงเป็นการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจ เพื่อประเมินการสัมผัสอันตรายและความเสี่ยงที่เกี่ยวข้องจากการทำงานในแผนกซักฟอกของโรงพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดพัทลุง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพนักงานจำนวน 25 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม การสังเกต และการชี้บ่งอันตรายพร้อมประเมินความเสี่ยงด้วยเทคนิคการตรวจสอบ (Checklist) ผลการประเมินแบ่งเป็น 4 ระดับ คือ ความเสี่ยงเล็กน้อย ยอมรับได้ สูง และยอมรับไม่ได้ โดยอ้างอิงเกณฑ์ตามระเบียบกรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการประเมินพบว่าทุกขั้นตอนการทำงานหลักทั้ง 9 ขั้นตอนมีความเสี่ยงระดับสูงรวม 21 ประเด็น โดยความเสี่ยงสูงสุดคือขั้นตอนการอบผ้า และความเสี่ยงที่พบมากในเกือบทุกขั้นตอนคือฝุ่นผ้าและการทำงานในท่าทางที่ไม่เหมาะสม ดังนั้นโรงพยาบาลควรมีมาตรการควบคุมและป้องกันความเสี่ยงจากสภาพแวดล้อมและการปฏิบัติงานที่มีความเสี่ยง อาทิ การป้องกันอันตรายที่แหล่งกำเนิด การฝึกอบรมท่าทางการทำงานที่ถูกวิธี การใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคล การตรวจวัดสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานอย่างสม่ำเสมอ การกำกับดูแลความปลอดภัยโดยหัวหน้างานอย่างต่อเนื่องและการส่งเสริมให้เกิดความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
