ผลการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวชเรื้อรังโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ภายใต้สภาวะวิถีใหม่ (New Normal) ต่อการกำเริบซ้ำของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท

การกำเริบซ้ำของผู้ที่เป็นโรคจิตเภทมีผลกระทบต่อตนเอง ครอบครัวและชุมชน การดูแล ผู้ที่เป็นโรคเภทโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการกำเริบซ้ำและการมาตามนัดของผู้ที่เป็นจิตเภทก่อนและหลังการได้รับการดูแลโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนภายใต้วิถีชีวิตใหม่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ผู้ที่เป็นโรคจิตเภท จำนวน 35 คน ผู้ดูแล จำนวน 35 คน อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน จำนวน 15 คน แกนนำของชุมชน ได้แก่ ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน จำนวน 10 คน ตำรวจ จำนวน 1 คนและเจ้าหน้าที่องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จำนวน 1 คน ตามกรอบแนวคิด การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย โปรแกรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวชโดยครอบครัว และคู่มือการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวชเรื้อรังกลุ่มเสี่ยงในชุมชน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและ Pair-Samples T Test
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) การกำเริบซ้ำของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทก่อนและหลังการดูแลโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนภายใต้วิถีชีวิตใหม่ มีค่าเฉลี่ยลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ (p<.05) และ2) การมาตรวจตามนัดของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทก่อนและหลังการดูแลโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนภายใต้วิถีชีวิตใหม่ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ (p< 0.05) ผลการศึกษาสามารถนำข้อมูลไปขยายผลต่อในชุมชนอื่นๆเพื่อประโยชน์ในการวางแผนการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อป้องกันการกำเริบซ้ำ
