Abstract

     The research “Factors Affecting to Job Retention of civil servants in community hospitals Under the Phetchabun Provincial Public Health Office in 2022” is descriptive research. The purpose of this study was to study factors related to job retention. Comparing differences in personal data of 363 civil servants in community hospitals Under the Phetchabun Provincial Public Health Office with opinions on sustaining, organizational commitment and job retention factors. Data collection by questionnaire then analyzed by finding the percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation. Data correlation was tested by statistical t-test and ANOVA. From the research results, it was found that the sample had an average age of 39.53 years, most of them were female, married and living together. The vast majority of studies are at bachelor's level. The average work experience was 16.20 years with an average income of 32,303.67 baht. Opinions on sustaining factors and organizational commitment factors is very agreeable level while the job retention factor was moderate. When considering at the statistical significance level of 0.05, it was found that personal data in terms of sex, age, marital status, highest education level, average monthly income and work experience correlated with sustaining, Organizational commitment and job retention factors. Also found different personal data will result in differing opinions on these 3 factors. From the results of the research hypothesis testing can be concluded as “civil servants in community hospitals under the Phetchabun Provincial Public Health Office, with different personal data, there will be opinions on sustaining factors, organizational commitment and job retention are different. Real.”
