Abstract

     This research was Action Research aimed to study the self-care behavior of the patients and study the brief intervention guideline on the self-care behavior of the patients taking warfarin. Warfarin Clinic outpatient work Dong Luang Hospital Mukdahan Province The study period was between October 2022 - March 2023, totaling 6 months. Sample size were 20 patients taking warfarin in Warfarin Clinic outpatient work Dong Luang Hospital Mukdahan Province. Data were collected from medical records and questionnaires. data analysis by Content analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Dependent t – test.

     The study found that Self-care behaviors of patients taking warfarin Warfarin Clinic outpatient work Dong Luang Hospital Mukdahan Province Motivation and INR before and after the implementation found that there was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level. receiving warfarin Warfarin Clinic outpatient work Dong Luang Hospital Mukdahan Province The mean scores were better than before, except for the behaviors of smoking, drinking alcohol, and taking herbs/supplement products. that is not different
