Abstract

     This research uses an action research model. To study the management model of the food sanitation system in preventing the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019. The sample group was a driving group to create a driving group model for food sanitation management, 20 people, and the result evaluation group was food traders in flea markets, restaurants, stalls, and sidewalk restaurants, 186 people. Data were collected by questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, namely number, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Inferential statistics were used using a Pair t-test, and the level of statistical significance was set at p < 0.05.

Research results: Food sanitation management system model for preventing the spread of coronavirus infection 2019, Muang District, Chiang Rai Province. The created has been used to control and prevent the spread of COVID-19 by changing or developing in 4 aspects: 1) Creating awareness of Coronavirus Disease 2019 prevention 2) Managing the service model 3) Participation in the surveillance network for the prevention of coronavirus disease 2019 4) Security surveillance against the coronavirus disease 2019 of entrepreneurs The result is Business establishments passed the THAI STOP COVID 2 Plus assessment with a 14.51 percent increase in food sanitation knowledge. The behavior of food stall operators was high level and the mean was statistically significantly higher than before the operation (p <0.05)
