Abstract

     This research was action research aimed to study the health knowledge of community leaders in COVID-19 surveillance and to study the health literacy development model of community leaders in COVID-19 surveillance, Muang Na Sub-district, Don Chan District, Kalasin Province. There was study period between April 2022 - June 2022, totaling 3 months. Sample size were 90 community leaders in surveillance of COVID-19, Muang Na Subdistrict, Don Chan District, Kalasin Province. Data were collected from questionnaires. Data analysis by Content Analysis, Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Dependent t – test.

     The results of the study showed that the level of health literacy of community leaders in monitoring COVID-19 in Muang Na Subdistrict, Don Chan District, Kalasin Province. after operation Overall and individual items were at the highest level. Health knowledge of community leaders in monitoring COVID-19, Muang Na Sub-district, Don Chan District, Kalasin Province between different positions no difference. And health knowledge of community leaders in monitoring COVID-19, Muang Na Sub-district, Don Chan District, Kalasin Province between different positions, namely community leaders, community leaders, village health volunteers and public representatives before and after operation There was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level. After operation had a higher mean score than before the experiment.
