Promotion of waste management behaviors in the community of community leaders according to the 3R principles of Phu Sing Subdistrict, Sahatsakhan District Kalasin Province.

Abstract

     This research was action research aimed to study the waste management behavior in the community of the community leaders according to the 3R principles and the promotion of community waste management behaviors of the community leaders according to the 3R principles, Phu Sing Subdistrict, Sahatsakhan District. Kalasin Province. The duration of the study was between January 2022 to April 2022, totaling 4 months. Sample size were 90 community leaders in surveillance for waste management , Phu Sing Subdistrict, Sahatsakhan, Kalasin Province. Data were collected from questionnaires. Data analysis by Content Analysis: Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Dependent t – test.
     The results of the study showed that the level of waste management behavior in the community of the community leaders according to the 3R principle in Phu Sing Sub-district, Sahatsakhan District Kalasin Province after operation The overall and individual aspects were at a very appropriate level. Kalasin Province between different positions, namely community leaders, community leaders, village health volunteers and people's representatives found that there was no difference.
