The purpose of this research was to develop a model and evaluate the effect of upgrading drug stores. To the standard of community pharmaceutical practice (GPP) is a participatory action research. The sample was 1) 19 pharmacies, 2) licensees and operators. and 40 competent officials under the Drug Act. The tools used for data collection were records. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics including mean, percentage and percentage difference and content analysis.
The study found that 1) the model for developing a drug store K.Yor.2 to the GPP standard consisted of 6 steps: 1.1) Study the pharmacy context and condition of the problem 1.2) Return data 1.3) Prepare an action plan 1.4) Follow the action plan 1.5) Evaluation 1.6) Exchange knowledge After the model was developed, it was found that after the development, there were still 13 drugstores in Khor Yor. 2. 2) After the development, the Percentage Difference scores increased in all categories as follows: Category 1 increased by 34.07% Category 2 An increase of 78.46 percent, Category 3, an increase of 36.01 percent, Category 4, an increase of 57.33 percent, Category 5, an increase of 47.77 and from an in-depth interview qualitative analysis. Group Discussion Entrepreneurs saw that the implementation of the GPP criteria was performed from easy to difficult as follows: Category 2 Equipment > Category 3 Personnel > Category 5Pharmaceutical Services>Chapter 1 Premise>Chapter 4 Drug Quality Control Competent officers under the Drug Act saw that compliance with the GPP criteria was easy to follow, as follows: Category 2 > Category 1 > Category 5 > Category 4 > Category 3 The development of a pharmacy model to the GPP standard helped create plan Systematic development And there is an exchange of knowledge and ready to accept changes to develop into a standard pharmacy. GPP agrees that there should be further development of the potential of academic knowledge and legal knowledge for those in charge of pharmacy operations in order to develop into a standard pharmacy that is of good quality and able to provide services. safe medicines for the public.
