Abstract

     This research was participatory action research with the objectives to study knowledge, attitudes and prevention of premature pregnancy and assess the effect of using the teacher participation model. Sample size were 60 female students who are at risk of pregnancy  by purposive selection, conducted from February to August 2023, taking a total period of 7 months. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Statistical test was performed using Pair T-test, statistical significance was set at P<0.05.

     The results showed that 1) knowledge, attitude and prevention of premature pregnancy found that knowledge about prevention of premature pregnancy as a whole. was in the middle level (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 8.80, S.D. = 1.88). Is at a high level (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 30.17, S.D. = 1.04) overall prevention of premature pregnancy was at a moderate level (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 70.93, S.D. = 3.63). Knowledge, attitudes and pregnancy prevention, information return and MOU (2) focus group discussion brainstorming (3) education on comprehensive sexuality issues (4) education on pregnancy prevention issues (5) workshops Pregnancy prevention learning base, (6) home visit follow-up, (7) evaluation, and 3) the effect of using the parent-teacher participation model on adolescents' attitude adjustment found that the knowledge about pregnancy prevention learning base. The mean increase in pregnancy prevention after the trial was greater than before the trial. statistically significant 0.05 (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 18.87, S.D. = 1.07; gif.latex?\bar{x}= 8.80, S.D. =1.88). test statistically significant 0.05 (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 41.81, S.D. = 1.39; gif.latex?\bar{x}= 28.65, S.D.= 1.19) and the prevention of premature pregnancy after the experiment increased than before the experiment. Statistically significant 0.05 (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 92.13, S.D. = 1.70 ; gif.latex?\bar{x}= 84.30, S.D. = 17.46)
