Abstract

     This study was a 2-case study with the objective of studying the care of stroke patients with ongoing complications at home (2 comparative cases). Thai male patient, 58 years old, marital status, spouse, occupation, teacher service Degree education, December 25, 2021. The patient had a sudden seizure. on the right side of the body no spasms unconscious patient No faeces or urine poured Eyelids gazing up, convulsions lasting 5 minutes, no fever, no nausea and vomiting. no accident history never seized before After the convulsions stopped, there was weakness in the right side of the body. The condition did not improve, so he was sent to Kalasin Hospital. The doctor diagnosed pontine hemorrhagic stroke (data from patient medical records of Kalasin Hospital) hospitalized between 25 December 2021 - 6 March 2022 for 71 days. Case study 2: A Thai male patient, aged 59 years, marital status, spouse, houseworker, primary education grade 4 at universal health insurance card treatment rights, 2022. Headache, vomiting 6 times. Wife wakes up the patient in the bedroom in the morning. It was found that the patient had a headache. Q&A slower Unable to move left limb No crooked mouth, speaking clearly, so an ambulance was called to pick up the patient at the hospital from 23 February 2022 - 5 April 2022 for a period of 42 days. The doctor diagnosed Right Thalamic Hemorrhage with Left hemiparesis (Totally Dependence).
