Abstract

     Comparative study of 2 case studies, purposively selected among hemorrhagic stroke patients who received treatment at Kalasin Hospital between July - September 2023, by collecting medical history data from medical records. From taking the history of patients and relatives using the concepts of Gordon's 11 health patterns. Orem's theory of self-care to find problems and plan nursing actions, summarize and continuously evaluate nursing results.

     Results: Case study number 1, Thai male patient, age 74 years, diagnosed with Hemorrhagic Stroke, admitted for treatment at the Home Ward of Kalasin Hospital. With symptoms of weakness in the right arm and leg, the treatment plan is to rehabilitate the body. Receive continuous treatment, physical therapy, control high

blood pressure. History of co-morbidities High blood pressure, lack of medication intake Continuous follow-up care: Glasgow coma scale (GCS) E4V5M6 has symptoms of right arm and leg, motor power weakness on the left, grade V, right side grade III. Complications found include high blood pressure. impaired movement impaired self-care stiff joints and has economic problems After receiving continuous treatment, the patient's condition gradually improved. Case study number 2: Thai female patient, age 52 years, diagnosed with left basal ganglia hemorrhage, admitted for treatment at the Home Ward of Kalasin Hospital. With symptoms of weakness in the right arm and leg. After treatment with brain surgery Craniectomy with remove clot, history of co-morbidities High blood pressure, not taking medicine continuously, stopping the medicine yourself, treatment plan for physical rehabilitation Continue to follow up and take care of GCS E4V5M6. There is weakness in the right arm and leg. Motor power on the left is grade V, right is grade O. Receive medication and rehabilitation. They found problems with swallowing, surgical wound pain, impaired movement, and pressure sores on the hip area. Self-care is impaired and economic problems are encountered. After treatment and rehabilitation, the patient's overall condition improved accordingly.
