This study was a case study. The objective is to study and compare case studies of nursing care for stroke patients in Intermediate care and to obtain guidelines for caring for patients with Intermediate nursing care stroke at Nong Ruea Hospital, Khon Kaen Province. Method of study: Select a case study. From the concept of case management Orem's nursing concept 5 step nursing process, Gordon's health model framework It is a framework for studying. Select specific case studies that received services at the female inpatient building. Nong Ruea Hospital Khon Kaen Province Between 1 December 2022 - 31 May 2023, Collect data from hospital statistics situations Consult the health team Study from medical records Relative interview and observation form, ADL assessment form, home visit follow-up form Stroke Patient Care Manual Data analysis, comparative analysis methods Follow up with 1 home visit by telephone. Results of the study: Case study of 2 Intermediate stage stroke patients who improved and were discharged home faster. Following up with home visits found that Relatives and patients can continue to be cared for at home. There were no complications. ADL levels improved from before. Keywords: Stroke.
