This study was case study. The objective is to study and compare nursing care for mothers with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine contractions: a case study. This is a case study to compare nursing procedures for mothers with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine contractions. : Case study of 2 patients admitted to the inpatient ward. Phuphaman Hospital from June 2022 to July 2023. The tools used to collect data include: Data recording form Inpatient medical records Interviews with patients and relatives, observation using patient assessment concepts based on Gordon's 11 health models. To assess patient problems Define nursing diagnosis Plan nursing care nursing practice and evaluate nursing results
The results of the study were found: Nursing care of mothers with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine contractions in 2 case studies admitted for treatment, the first and second 2 patients. It is caused by the uterus not contracting in the same way. therefore providing nursing care And solving the problem, both cases were sold home without complications. From having postpartum hemorrhage from the uterus not contracting. Nursing care planning is therefore no different.
