Abstract

     This research was action research. The objectives are: 1) Current conditions and necessary needsDevelopment of nursing guidelines for patients with peripheral vascular injuries in the emergency room Sakon Nakhon Hospital 2) Model for developing nursing guidelines for patients with peripheral vascular injuries.emergency room and 3) experiment with the development of nursing guidelines for patients with peripheral vascular injuries in the emergency room The target group was 35 people, the target group was 10 people who were experts in developing a model for developing nursing guidelines for patients with peripheral vascular injuries in the emergency room, and the target group was examining the model for developing nursing guidelines for patients with peripheral vascular injuries in the emergency room. 10 people using the purposive selection method The tool used is a questionnaire.Types of 5-level rating scales and knowledge and understanding tests.      The results of the research found that results of the trial using the development of nursing guidelines for patients with peripheral vascular injuries in the emergency room. Sakon Nakhon Hospital found that after the experiment the score was higher than before the experiment. There is a statistical significant difference at the 0.05 level.
