Nursing care of mothers with premature labor : Study of 2 Cases

This research is a comparison of 2 case studies. The objective is to study and compare the nursing care of 2 mothers with preterm labor who receive services at Chaturaphat Phiman Hospital. The study was conducted on 2 mothers who went into labor prematurely. The study was on the first case study patient who came to give birth at Chaturaphakpiman Hospital. Between 28 February 2023 - 2 March 2023 and studied in the second case study patient who came to give birth at Chaturaphakphiman Hospital. Between 20 September 2023 - 22 September 2023, data collection using the concept of assessing patient health status according to Gordon's 11 health plans. and nursing process concepts applied in nursing care of premature births
Result : Case study patient 1, a first-time mother at 35+5 week pregnant had a history of drug use. Came with abdominal pain, uterine contractions, membrane rupture, vaginal mucus and blood, cervix dilate 10 cm, normal labour of the baby. no complications. Case study patient number 2. A mother in her 4 th pregnancy, had given birth once.had 2 Abortion, was 35+6week pregnant and a history of slight weight gain during pregnancy. Came with abdominal pain, uterine contraction, membrane rupture, no mucus, blood, cervix dilate 8 cm, normal labour of the baby. no complications.Both patients did not receive birth control medication due to labor pains.After giving birth,the cervix is completely open.
