Efficiency of Human factor engineering to the reporting report of Lamphun hospital laboratory

This research is an action research . The purposes is to study the effectiveness of the laboratory alert system that Applying the Laboratory system by the Human factor engineering principles that build prevention system to prevent false reporting of laboratory in Department of Medical Technology Lamphun hospital.The study collected reporting data from the Laboratory information system (LIS) and The incident reporting data from Lamphun Hospital program (Healthcare risk management system :HRMS) from 2022-2024.
Result : The study found that the rate of incorrect reporting in reporting system prevention item is decrease.and in some laboratory test that no error laboratory reported. It was found that the number of incident of inaccurate reporting of false report decrease to the percentage in Creatinie kinase (CPK) , Magnesium ,Covid rapid test , Urine amphetamine and coagulation test decrease 0.057,0.016,0.043,0.045 and 0.005 .The rate of reporting critical values from 2022-2024 increase 84,92 ,99.5 and 100 %
