Abstract

     This research was research and development aimed to study the context and problems of psychiatric patients in the community. Studied and develop the process of caring for psychiatric patients in the community "Ua Boon Na Go" Nako Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital Kuchinarai District Kalasin Province. The research period is from October 2018 to June
2022, totaling 45 months. Sample size were 244 stakeholder. Data were collected by focus group and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by Descriptive statistics were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation F-test by One way ANOVA technique Dependent t-test and Content Analysis.
The results of the study found that the problem of psychiatric emergencies has continued to decline from 4 times in 2019, 3 in 2020, and 2 in 2021 respectively. The number of emergency psychiatric events found that from 2018 to the present, the number of incidents has decreased. And incidents that the community can manage on their own without relying on the police. Comprehension the role of caring for psychiatric patients in the community of network partners and Comprehension of the role of caring for psychiatric patients in the community of network partners
It was found that overall and each aspect it was at the highest level and there was no difference between the network partners.
