ระยะเวลาระหว่างการรักษาด้วยไอโอดีนรังสีครั้งแรกกับครั้งที่สองในผู้ป่วยมะเร็งต่อมไทรอยด์ ชนิดดิฟเฟอเรนชิเอต : ผลของปัจจัยด้านผู้ป่วยและโรคต่อความแปรปรวนของระยะเวลา

การศึกษานี้เป็นการสำรวจแบบย้อนหลัง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบรรยายการกระจายของระยะเวลาระหว่างการรักษาด้วยไอโอดีนรังสีครั้งแรกกับครั้งที่สอง ประมาณสัดส่วนผู้ป่วยจำแนกตามกรอบเวลาที่แนวปฏิบัติแนะนำ และตรวจสอบว่าปัจจัยด้านผู้ป่วยและด้านโรคอธิบายความแปรปรวนของระยะเวลาได้เพียงใด เป็นการวิเคราะห์ทุติยภูมิของโคฮอร์ตย้อนหลังในผู้ป่วยมะเร็งต่อมไทรอยด์ชนิดดิฟเฟอเรนชิเอต 111 ราย ที่ได้รับไอโอดีนรังสีครั้งที่สอง ณ โรงพยาบาลมะเร็งอุดรธานี ระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2565 ถึง 2568 วิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ช่วงความเชื่อมั่นแบบ Wilson และการถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณบนลอการิทึมของระยะเวลา ร่วมกับ HC3 robust standard errors
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าระยะเวลามีมัธยฐาน 8.61 เดือน (พิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ 7.13–11.04) ผู้ป่วยร้อยละ 74.8 (95% CI 66.0–81.9) ได้รับการรักษาซ้ำภายในกรอบ 6 ถึง 12 เดือน และร้อยละ 20.7 (14.2–29.2) เกินกรอบ 12 เดือน แบบจำลองที่มีตัวแปรอิสระ 11 ตัวไม่พบตัวแปรใดมีนัยสำคัญ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การตัดสินใจปรับแก้เท่ากับ 0.015 และผลไม่เปลี่ยนแปลงในการวิเคราะห์ความไวทั้งสามรูปแบบ สรุปได้ว่าปัจจัยด้านผู้ป่วยและด้านโรคอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 1.5 และกำลังรับของห้องแยกรังสีมิใช่ข้อจำกัด การลดระยะเวลาสำหรับผู้ป่วยที่เกินกรอบเวลาจึงต้องอาศัยการทบทวนกระบวนการบริการ
