This study aimed to study correspondence system in 5G era . The cross-sectional descriptive
study. The purposive sampling population study in the Minister's office, Ministry of public health,
the sample consisted of 50 personnel and in-depth interview with 10 secretariat teams. Collected
data during May - June 2019, tools used as questionnaires there were Opinions on the
development of the correspondence system in 5G era, alpha=0.83. Using statistics: Percentages,
Means, Standard deviation, paired-samples Chi-square Test and Correration
Research results show that commenting on the overall hardware information agree at high level of
54.0% (Mean= 11.30, SD=2.35). Software information, overall correspondence system agreed at
moderate level of 38.0% (Mean= 11.34, SD=1.94). Peopleware information system, overall
correspondence system agreed at moderate level of 38.0% (Mean= 11.34, SD=1.94) and feasibility
of the development, overall correspondence system at high level of 36.0% (Mean= 10.60,
SD=2.49). Personal characteristics in the period of civil service had positive relationship with
feasibility development of correspondence system in 5G era at low level with statistical significance
(p=0.04), Personal characteristics no relationship with feasibility development of correspondence
system in 5G era were gender, position, training, correspondence system, operators in the
correspondence system, version of Smart Phone, time spent using the smartphone and internet
expenses. Commenting on the Peopleware system had positive relationship with feasibility
development of correspondence system in 5G era at moderate level with statistical significance
(p=0.048). While no relationship were as software program and hardware reviews. In conclusion,
The development guidelines the correspondent system in 5G era of the Minister's office, Ministry of
public health should be further development in order to provide on excellent services through the
most effective and efficient digital systems of the organization.
