Abstract

     This research is descriptive research . The purpose was to study the risk of stroke in noncommunicable diseases clinic, Non Thai Hospital, Nakhon Ratchasima province . The population studied is Non-communicable disease clinic service recipients Which are domiciled in 10 Thai sub-districts, collected data by using the questionnaire divided into 2 parts, which are part 1 , general information questionnaire, part 2 , assessment form for risk of stroke and analyze the data by using descriptive statistics to analyze general data and information about risk levels for stroke By rating the criteria each rating of the assessment forms compiles the points and groups the risk levels for stroke occurrence according to the score criteria. Then, divide it into frequency (Percentage) and present

     Result: The study indicated that Risk level for stroke in non-communicable diseases clinic, Non Thai Hospital was a low risk level of 65.24%, a low risk level of 19.25%, although .Results showed a low risk level But if the client still has not changed behavior may result in a high level of risk and causing disability waste the cost of further treatment.
