Integrity and Transparency Assessment Development at Khammuang Hospital, Khammuang District, Kalasin province from the Year 2017-2020

Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) is an assessment tool that the National Anti-Corruption Commission (ONACC) has regulated to improve state units' good governance. This research purposed to study ITA development at Khammuang Hospital, Khammuang District, Kalasin Province from the Year 2017-2020, and find opportunities to improve the procedure by applying the concepts of Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA).
Regarding the research, the overall ITA result of Khammuang Hospital, Khammuang District in Kalasin Province Year 2017-2020, was at a very high level; as in 2017 the average score was 93.94% and 100% in 2018-2020.
Based on the assessment, the organization should prioritize the development and improvement in job motivation and education of values and culture in morality and transparency, organizational operation, and conservation of service standard and transparency, as a means to evaluate the organization's adherence to morality and transparency. Moreover, the state unit's performance will be enhanced.
