Abstract

     This research was action research aimed to studied Result of palliative care practice guideline of Mukdahan Hospital between January 2018 - December 2018. Sample size were 80 people with metastatic cancer , 30 patients with end stage cancer , 30 caregivers and 10 palliative care providers. Data were collected by record from and evaluate from. Data were analyzed by content analysis , descriptive statistic , paired t-test and independent t-test.

     The results of the study showed that the quality of nursing service In the group of metastatic cancers with a PPS <60% Average Quality of Life Score And satisfaction level before and after using the palliative care guideline had statistically significant difference at the .05 level (p <.05). In transitional and late stage cancers with a PPS <60%, 100% was planning future. After using guideline mean Score of Palliative Care Results decreased statistically significant at the .05 level (p <.05). Caregiver satisfaction to palliative care of transitional and late patients total were high level (X = 4.27, SD = 0.61). The efficiency of the nursing practice was met with the target criteria. Problems in patient care according to the Palliative Care Guidelines Mukdahan Hospital namely palliative care guidelines clear Mukdahan Hospital Confirmation of the feasibility of use in patients with Metastatic Cancer Transitions and end stages.
