The Model of Health Behavioral Promotion for Delaying Renal Degeneration in Chronic Kidney Disease stage 3 Patients Phonsawan Hospital Nakhon Phanom Province

Abstract

     This research is an action research to study the health promotion model for slowing kidney degeneration in patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3, Phonsawan Hospital. Nakhon Phanom Province The sample group was Patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3 who come to the chronic disease clinic Phon Sawan Hospital Nakhon Phanom Province consisted of 177 people. The research instrument was a general questionnaire. Chronic Kidney Disease Knowledge Quiz Behavioral questionnaire on slowing renal deterioration The experimental instrument was a guide to slowing the progression of the kidneys. physical examination results record form The study was conducted during October to December 2021. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and comparative knowledge of chronic kidney disease. behavior to slow down the deterioration of the kidneys and laboratory results using inferential statistical analysis of the dependent Sample t-test.

     The results showed that The health promotion model for slowing the deterioration of the kidneys in patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3 consists of 1) health screening in patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3 2) development of personnel potential by establishing a project to develop personnel capacity in caring for chronic kidney disease patients at the district level; 3) organizing a mobile unit to provide advice, help and solve problems for the team responsible for the chronic disease clinic. by the chronic disease clinical team at district level 4) Behavior modification of patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3 to slow the progression of kidney disease helps patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3 to access the service system and be able to learn to take care of themselves.
