Abstract

     The objectives of this research are 1) to find problems and obstacles affecting community enterprise business operations, 2) to assess the environment of the production process in community enterprises to ensure compliance with good food production standards, and 3) to formulate guidelines for The operation of community enterprises has reached production standards. with the Community Enterprise Group, Ban Kong Nang Farmer Housewives Amphoe Tha Bo Community enterprises, Tumbon Kong Nang, Amphoe Tha Bo, Nong Khai Province. It is a case study with qualitative research and quantitative research. Applying the concept of organizational management Based on the McKinsey 7-S Framework and the Criteria for Good Food Production as a research conceptual framework. which relies on observation techniques and evaluation in the production process according to GMP standards in the announcement of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 420) B.E.2563 from the Members and/or enterprise representatives provided key information.The results of this research are as follows: Organizational management system (System),
especially in terms of financial management. It is the most problem and obstacle to the operation. followed by organizational strategy management of people in the organization (Staff, Style, Skill), organizational structure (Structure), shared values (Shared Value) and promotion of the government sector (Government Support), respectively. This is a key factor for success in business operations. For the results of environmental assessment in the production process according to GMP guidelines, From the assessment after improvement with 5S activities, it was found that the score in each category and the total score was higher than 60 percent (section 1 86.11 percent, section 2 79.17%, section 3 68.94 percent, Category 4 83.33 percent, Category 5 93.75 percent and the total score of all categories 79.31 percent). But still found a Major Defect, making it not meet the GMP standard, Because the 5S principle does not cover some standard criteria. And when considering the topic that has not been assessed (Major Defect), it was found that the cause was caused by the community enterprise group that did not have the budget to implement GMP standards.
