Abstract

     This research was an action research using PAOR circuit. To study the Model of surveillance and management of COVID-19 Kantharalak District, Sisaket Province. Population and sample The drive group to create a model for COVID-19 surveillance and management of 50 people and the outcome assessment group, 380 people at risk for COVID-19, were collected by questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics such as number, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Inferential statistics comparison of COVID-19 prevention behaviors Before and after the operation, pair t-test was used to determine the level of statistical  significance at p < 0.05.

     Research results, Model of surveillance and management of COVID-19 Kantharalak District, Sisaket Province: Model of P CAN ID consists of 1 . Participation of relevant organizations, agencies and parties (P: Participation) 2 . Arrangement of consultations on the management of COVID-19 Mini EOC at district level (C:COVID-19) 3. Data Management for Coronavirus Disease Surveillance 2019 (D: Data Management) 4. Construction of a Surveillance Network to Prevent COVID-19 (N: Network) 5. Developing Potential Disease investigation team at district/sub-district level (I: Investigation) 6. Building awareness of COVID-19 prevention (A: Awareness) resulted in high level of people's disease prevention behavior. before operating Preventive behaviors for COVID-19 Most of them are at a high level of 323 people, 85 percent after the operation. Preventive behaviors for COVID-19 Most of them were at a high level, of which 374 people, 98.42%, had a 13% increase in disease prevention behaviors. 42 and differed at the level of statistical significance of 0.05 after the operation. Has a higher average score than before the operation is 0.28
