Factors Affecting Health Literacy and Health Behaviors of Health Volunteers. Village Behavior Change Model Krabi Province

This research was a cross sectional study. The objective of this research was to study the level and factors affecting health literacy and health behaviors of the village health volunteers in the model behavior modification village Krabi province. The sample group was the village health volunteer, behavior change model. Krabi Province, 178 people. Data were collected with a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics such as number, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Inferential statistics, t-test and F-test were used to determine the level of statistical significance at p < 0.05.
The results of the research, the level of health literacy The overall was at a very good level ( =4.15) at the level of health behaviors. The overall was at a good level with an average score of 74.19. Factors affecting the Health Volunteers health literacy found that sex had an effect on health literacy. The statistical significance was at p < 0.05. As for the factors affecting the health behaviors of the Health Volunteers, it was found that sex and religion had an effect on health behaviors. statistically significant at p < 0.05.
