ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จังหวัดจันทบุรี
บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงทำนายมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) พฤติกรรมการป้องกันการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย และ 2) ศึกษาอิทธิพลของเจตคติต่อการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า อิทธิพลของกลุ่มเพื่อน และความผูกพันในครอบครัวต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในอำเภอโป่งน้ำร้อน จังหวัดจันทบุรี จำนวน 247 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย 5 ส่วน ได้แก่ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เจตคติเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า อิทธิพลของกลุ่มเพื่อน ความผูกพันในครอบครัว และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสัมประสิทธิ์แบบสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สันและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 3.59, SD = 1.10) โดยความผูกพันในครอบครัวเป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้ามากที่สุด (ß = .631) รองลงมาคือเจตคติต่อการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า (ß = .341) และอิทธิพลของกลุ่มเพื่อน (ß = .183) โดยตัวแปรทั้งสามตัวสามารถร่วมอธิบายความแปรปรวนของพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าได้ร้อยละ 51.6 (p<.001)
บุคลากรด้านสาธารณสุขควรให้ความสำคัญกับปัจจัยความผูกพันในครอบครัว เจตคติต่อการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า และอิทธิพลของกลุ่มเพื่อนในการป้องกันการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย
