ผลของโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจของผู้ดูแลร่วมกับแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมผ่านการพยาบาลทางไกลต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยติดเตียงที่มีแผลกดทับเครือข่ายโรงพยาบาลปทุมธานี จังหวัดปทุมธานี

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจของผู้ดูแลร่วมกับแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมผ่านการพยาบาลทางไกลต่อการรับรู้พลังอำนาจและพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยติดเตียงที่มีแผลกดทับของผู้ดูแล และอัตราการหายของแผลกดทับของผู้ป่วยติดเตียง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ดูแลในการดูแลผู้ป่วย ติดเตียงที่มีแผลกดทับ เครือข่ายโรงพยาบาลปทุมธานี จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 60 คน เป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 30 คน กลุ่มเปรียบเทียบ 30 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างถูกเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีดัชนีความสอดคล้องอยู่ระหว่าง .67-1.00 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของแบบสอบถามการรับรู้พลังอำนาจและพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยติดเตียงที่มีแผลกดทับ .38 และ .97 และแบบประเมินอัตราการหายของแผลกดทับ .84 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนาและสถิติทดสอบที
ผลการวิจัย พบว่าภายหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม ผู้ดูแลในกลุ่มทดลองมีการรับรู้พลังอำนาจและพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยติดเตียงที่มีแผลกดทับดีกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมและดีกว่ากลุ่มเปรียบเทียบ และอัตราการหายของแผลกดทับของผู้ป่วยติดเตียงในกลุ่มทดลองดีกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมและดีกว่ากลุ่มเปรียบเทียบที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจของผู้ดูแลร่วมกับแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมผ่านการพยาบาลทางไกลสามารถนำไปใช้ในการดูแลแผลกดทับของผู้ป่วยติดเตียงในจังหวัดปทุมธานีและพื้นที่อื่นที่มีบริบทคล้ายคลึงได้
