The experimental group was a group that entered the empowerment program. The sample was selected by purposive sampling. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and analyzed using t-test statistics. nonparametric (Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test) and statistical tests nonparametric (Mann-Whitney Test) at the statistical significance level. 05
The results of the research found that 1) before the experiment, the caregivers of the experimental group The average score of the perception of the power of caregivers, namely knowledge about caring for bedridden patients with pressure ulcers, was overall at a moderate level (mean = 9.13, S.D. = 1.63). But after the experiment, there was an average score of the perception of the power of caregivers, namely knowledge about caring for bedridden patients with pressure ulcers overall. was at a high level (mean = 11.83, S.D. = 1.80), which increased from before the experiment. Statistically significant (p < .05), 2. After the experiment, the experimental group administrator There was an average score of perception of the power of caregivers, namely knowledge about caring for bedridden patients with pressure ulcers overall. Is at a high level (mean = 11.83, S.D. = 1.80) This was higher than the control group's average score of perceived power of caregivers, namely knowledge about caring for bedridden patients with pressure ulcers overall. Is at a high level (mean = 9.96, S.D =3.09) with statistical significance (p < .05), 3) Before the experiment, the experimental group administrator The overall mean score of behavior in caring for bedridden patients with pressure ulcers was at a moderate level (mean = 3.26, S.D. = 0.71). But after the experiment It was found that the overall mean score of behavior in caring for bedridden patients with pressure ulcers was at a high level (mean = 4.11, S.D. = .46), which increased from before the experiment. Statistically significant (p < .05), 4) After the experiment, it was found that the caregivers of the experimental group The overall average level of behavior in caring for bedridden patients with pressure ulcers was at a high level (mean = 4.11, S.D. = .46). This was higher than the control group, whose average score for caring for bedridden patients with pressure ulcers was overall at a moderate level (mean = 3.38, S.D. = .36) with statistical significance (p < .05). 5) Before the experiment, bedridden patients with pressure sores in the experimental group had a pressure sore healing rate (mean = 10.16, S.D. = 2.58), but after the experiment, the pressure sore healing rate (mean = 8.90, S.D. = 2.38) was better than before the experiment. Statistically significant (p < .05), 6) After the experiment, it was found that bedridden patients with pressure sores in the experimental group had a better rate of pressure sore healing (mean = 8.90, S.D. = 2.38) than bedridden patients with pressure sores. The control group had a statistically significant rate of pressure ulcer healing (Mean=10.06, S.D =2.65) (p < .05).
