Ergonomics Risk Assessment of a Worker in a Vehicle Wheel Factory

The aim of this research was to assess the ergonomics risks using Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method. Case studied of a worker in a vehicle wheel factory. REBA employee assessment worksheet was a research instrument. The results showed that the ergonomics risk of a worker was very high risk, implement change. The working conditions were subsequently improved by supplying with long handle steel bars with hooks. After improving conditions, the ergonomics risk of a worker was medium risk, further Investigation or change soon.
