The Development of E-Learning System to Educate Retail Sales Operators the Legislation of alcoholic beverage and tobacco

Abstract

The research has given 3 purposes. First, Developing E-Learning system to educate liquor and tobacco retail sales operators about Alcoholic Beverage Control Act B.E. 2551 and Tobacco Products Control Act B.E. 2560. Second, to compare results before/after studying through the E-Learning system. Third, to study the satisfaction of learning through the E-Learning system. By using E-Learning testing system according to Alcoholic Beverage Control Act B.E. 2551 and Tobacco Products Control Act B.E. 2560, collected data by using questionnaire and by the focus group conference which are attended by the group of licensed liquor and tobacco retail sales operators (30 persons), sorted by type 1 and 2 in Chonburi and Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, and selected by purposive sampling method. The research report shows the comparison of learning results from liquor and tobacco retail sales operators that having an average score of alcoholic beverage and tobacco legislation knowledge, significantly higher in statistic level .05. In addition, the survey of liquor and tobacco retail sales operators’ satisfaction towards E-Learning system found that the retail sales operators had a high positive level of satisfaction, this can be calculated as an average of 4.40.
