Abstract

This action research, the objectives were develop and assess the satisfaction of the development of a communicable disease surveillance program ZR506 Dashboard, knowledgeable, preventable, Health Region 8to utilize in surveillance. investigation, disease control.The study method consisted of survey of problem conditions, expectations, principles, concepts, theories, feasibility of solving problems,design, develop innovations, test, improve and evaluate satisfaction.The results ZR506 Dashboard were published on the website of the Office of Disease Prevention and Control 8, Udon Thani Province.The local epidemiological network was exploited for 584 disease control investigations (average 146 times/month), reducing the operational time of the situational awareness team by 3 hours and 19 minutes per week.Finding from the in-depth interview, it was management group suggested that the analytical model should be developed,interpret patient and death data from communicable diseases,can be linked to Morprom system, D506 system and the Co-Lab system. Developing a system that does not increase the workload of staff at all levelsand can analyze data quickly. Satisfaction survey showed that most of them have used for surveillance, investigation and disease control in the area. Prepared for reporting to executive team and also showed and example in daily situations (33.3%). According to satisfaction found that content and visualization were good. The development of this program can be further expanded and utilized in other health region areas.
