Problem Condition in Physical Education Learning and Teaching Management of Small Schools Affiliated under Si Sa Ket Town Municipality in Si Sa Ket Province

Abstract

    The purpose of this research was to investigate the problem condition in Physical Education learning and teaching management of small schools, affiliated schools under Si Sa Ket Town Municipality in Si Sa Ket province in the academic year 2021. The sample selected by purposive sampling was 152 students who were 85 males and 67 females. The instrument to gather data was questionnaire divided into 3 parts and data analysis was accomplished by using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the study revealed that 1) The Mean sum and the standard deviation derived from the problem condition in Physical Education instruction of small schools, affiliated schools under Si Sa Ket Town Municipality in Si Sa Ket province for males were 4.23 ± 0.72 and was high level while females were 4.18 ± 0.88 and was high level too. 2) The Mean sum and the standard deviation at the highest scores of male students were in terms of learners with the values of 4.35 ± 0.86. It was found that in respect of measurement and evaluation; the Mean value and the standard deviation value were 4.34 ± 0.62. In respect of teachers; the Mean value and the standard deviation were 4.32 ± 0.66. In respect of location and materials equipment; the Mean value and the standard deviation were 3.93 ± 0.74 respectively. 3) The Mean sum and the standard deviation at the highest scores of female students were in terms of learners with the values of 4.28 ± 0.89. It was found that in respect of measurement and evaluation; the Mean value and the standard deviation value were 4.27 ± 0.82. In respect of teachers; the Mean value and the standard deviation were  4.25 ± 0.85. And in respect of location and materials equipment; the Mean value and the standard deviation were 3.95 ± 0.75 respectively.
