Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study results and comparison physical fitness test of students in health promotion subjects, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, before and after training. The samples were students of undergraduate students male and female, aged between 23-50 years, are enrolled in health promotion courses, academic year 2023, semester 1, 24 people. The research tools are sit and reach test and body composition analyzer. Statistics used in data analyzed the data by mean, standard deviation and comparison within the samples before and after training (physical fitness testing before class and after class in health promotion subjects), using pair sample pair sample pair sample t-test statistics. The results showed that results of comparing the differences in mean values of physical fitness test of students in health promotion subjects, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, within the sample group. Before and after the experiment. They were significantly different at the 0.05 level except for Sit-up, push-up, flexibility, PBF, and SLM. In conclusion, after testing the physical fitness test of students in health promotion subjects, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University. Better than before the test except for sit-ups, push-ups, flexibility, PBF and SLM.
