Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effects of strength training on core muscle strength in female rugby football athletes at Mahasarakham Rajabhat University and to compare the effects of this training after four weeks. The sample consisted of ten female rugby football athletes, aged 19–23 years, who were studying at Mahasarakham Rajabhat University. The research instrument was a core muscle strength training program, conducted over a four-week period, with training sessions held three times per week, each lasting 60 minutes. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and t-test statistics. The results revealed that after four weeks of training, the core muscle strength of the female rugby football athletes at Mahasarakham Rajabhat University significantly improved compared to pre-training levels at  the .05 significance level.
