This research aimed to study and develop rolling petanque throwing practice for 27 second-year students majoring in physical education at Sisaket Rajabhat University in the academic year 2024, consisting of 21 males and 6 females, selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was a test on rolling petanque throwing practice developed by the researcher, and the data were analyzed using frequency distribution, percentage, standard deviation, and t-tests. The results showed that after practicing rolling petanque throwing type 1 (throwing into a circle), the performance was at a high level with a mean score of 4.13 and a standard deviation of 0.80, significantly higher than before the training at the .01 level. After practicing rolling petanque throwing type 2 (throwing with an obstacle in front), the performance was at a high level with a mean score of 3.88 and a standard deviation of 0.81, significantly higher than before the training at the .01 level. After practicing rolling petanque throwing type 3 (throwing into a square frame), the performance was at a high level with a mean score of 3.94 and a standard deviation of 0.85, significantly higher than before the training at the .01 level
