THE DEVELOPMENT OF TWIST FITNESS TEST PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST TOOLS FOR PHYSICAL EDUCATION STUDENTS IN BANSOMDEJCHAOPRAYA RAJABHAT UNIVERSIT

Abstract
The purposes of this research and development were to develop twist fitness test physical fitness test tools and norms for physical education students in Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University. Samples were 95 students in the year 1-3 who were studying in the Physical Education program, Rajabhat Bansomdejchaopraya University, 2024, selected by purposive sampling to find reliability and objectivity. The research instrument was the Twist fitness test physical fitness test tools that the face validity. The test-retest method was applied to determine reliability. The objectivity of the test was established by two testers. The data was analyzed by using Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and using normal curve grading for the construction of the norms. Findings were found that: - 1) the twist fitness test physical fitness test tools had the face validity in the appropriateness level in all items and can be used to physical fitness test; Modified sit and reached test that reliability was 0.82 (good) and objectivity was 1.00 (very good), Shoulder lift test that reliability was 0.82 (good) and objectivity was 1.00 (very good), Trunk lift test that reliability was 0.89 (good) and objectivity was 1.00 (very good), Back scratch test for right/left side that reliability were 0.82/0.84 (good) and objectivity were 1.00/1.00 (very good), Hexagon test that reliability was 0.85 (good) and objectivity was 1.00 (very good) and Standing long jump test that reliability was 0.92 (very good) and objectivity was 1.00 (very good) and 2) Data, then to analyze for norms construction by using normal curve grading, based on 5 categories; very good, good, fair, poor and very poor.
