Main Article Content
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the status and issues of physical education learning and teaching management at Rajabhat Universities under the Bangkok and central region network. The sample group consisted of 52 physical education lecturers from Rajabhat Universities in the Bangkok and Central Region Network, academic year 2024, at 10 educational institutions. They were selected by simple random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire on the physical education teaching conditions of the Bangkok and Central Region Rajabhat Universities, divided into 5 areas: curriculum and teaching management, lecturer, student, physical education venues, equipment and facilities, and physical education measurement and evaluation (IOC = 1 and with a Cronbach's coefficient of reliability = 0.99). Data were analyzed using frequency distribution, percentage, mean (M), and standard deviation (SD). The findings revealed that status and issues of physical education learning and teaching management at Rajabhat Universities under the Bangkok and central region network were at a high level overall. When considering each aspect, ranked from highest to lowest, it was found that the Physical Education Measurement and Evaluation Lecturer (M = 4.44, S.D. = 0.67), Curriculum and Teaching Management (M = 4.28, S.D. = 0.81), Student (M = 4.27, S.D. = 0.71), and Physical Education Venues, Equipment, and Facilities (M = 3.67, S.D. = 0.86) were 3.64, S.D. = 0.94, respectively.
