AN INTELLIGENT APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT FOR ANALYZING PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST RESULTS OF THAI PEOPLE BY GENDER AND AGE GROUP

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) develop an intelligent application to analyze the results according to the physical fitness standards of Thai people, classified by gender and age group; 2) study the efficiency of the intelligent application to analyze the results according to the developed physical fitness standards of Thai people, classified by gender and age group; and 3) study the quality and satisfaction of users of the intelligent application to analyze the results according to the physical fitness standards of Thai people, classified by gender and age group. The participants in the research consisted of children, youth, and Thai individuals in Phetchabun province, including both males and females. 36 participants aged 7 – 69 years old were divided into 3 groups, 12 participants per group; Group 1: Youth and Children group, aged between 7 – 18 years old, Group 2: General population, aged between 19 – 59 years old, and Group 3: Elderly group, aged between 60 – 69 years old. The participants were selected using purposive sampling. The research instrument was 1) an intelligent application to analyze the results according to the physical fitness standards of Thai people, classified by gender and age group, developed according to the SDLC system development cycle, 2) the questionnaire to evaluate the performance of the system developed using the black box technique, and 3) the questionnaire to assess the quality and satisfaction of using the system. The research results are as follows: 1) the intelligent application to analyze the results according to the physical fitness standards of Thai people, classified by gender and age group, was highest level, with a mean score of 4.62 and a standard deviation of 0.63; 2) the results of the evaluating the quality of the developed system were at a high level, with a mean score of 4.35 and a standard deviation of 0.76; and 3) the results of the evaluation of satisfaction from using the system were at a high level, with a mean score of 4.29 and a standard deviation of 0.74.
