การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการร่วมกับการประเมินแบบกลุ่มเดียวก่อน–หลัง มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์และปัญหา พัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะหัวใจหยุดเต้นนอกโรงพยาบาลโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนและประเมินผลของรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นในพื้นที่ 8 หมู่บ้าน ระหว่างตุลาคม 2568- สิงหาคม 2569 เก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพเป็นหลักจากภาคีเครือข่ายจำนวน 15 คน ซึ่งคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง และเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณในอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านที่เข้ารับการพัฒนาศักยภาพจำนวน 40 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาส่วนข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและ paired t-test
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบและแนวปฏิบัติ 7 ขั้นตอน ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การเตรียมความพร้อมของชุมชน การรับรู้ภาวะหัวใจหยุดเต้น การโทรแจ้งระบบการแพทย์ฉุกเฉิน 1669 การช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพ การใช้เครื่องกระตุกหัวใจไฟฟ้าชนิดอัตโนมัติ การส่งมอบผู้ป่วย ตลอดจนการทบทวน และพัฒนาคุณภาพ ภายหลังดำเนินงาน คะแนนความรู้เฉลี่ยเพิ่มขึ้น 7.18 คะแนน (95% CI 6.47–7.88,p < 0.001) และคะแนนความมั่นใจในการช่วยเหลือเฉลี่ยเพิ่มขึ้น 1.74 คะแนน (95% CI 1.60–1.89, p < 0.001) ความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบอยู่ระดับมาก
